What We're Looking For:
Takes ownership of new product, services, and/or solutions sales for assigned end-user account(s) or territory. Develops and executes sales strategy for assigned account(s) or territory with manager's input; develops strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; creates and delivers high impact sales presentations and capable of product training; often used for those with strong technical background but limited sales experience. Develops and executes sales strategies for new products, services and solutions with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; proactively sells solutions independently or in conjunction with Zebra's broader product portfolio. As required, leverages relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solution; Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; Initiates and leads customer presentations and value proposition creation. Considered an industry wide expert for advanced and complex products/solutions in assigned markets. Works with marketing, strategy, and product development to create first/next generation of solutions and services related to their area of expertise. Proven business development and start-up/launch successes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of advanced sales strategies for high-value accounts.
Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, providing insights into industry trends and future opportunities.
Foster strong partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Take ownership of negotiating and closing large, complex deals, often across multiple geographies.
Mentor and guide sales teams on solution selling and partnership creation.
Collaborate with marketing and product development to influence the creation of next-generation solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years in senior sales or business development roles.
Global travel may be required, depending on customer needs.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Expertise in advanced solution selling concepts and SWOT analysis.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and energize others.
Strong business acumen with a focus on long-term profitability.
Proven track record in managing large quotas and achieving sustained sales growth.

Pay Range:
$144,160.00 - $216,240.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
